At the most basic level, an EOR is a legal entity that handles employment-related tasks on behalf of your business. Employment Contracts in the UAE

Under the current framework, the total contribution in the private sector is 20% to 26% of the contribution account salary depending on which law applies: employers contribute 12.5%, employees contribute 5% to 11%, and the government contributes 2.5%.
