Before launching Wide Brazil, he held leadership roles in business development and sales across companies including Yandeh and Mintel, and co-founded Fleeber. Scott Winter is the co-founder and Chief Human Resources Officer of Agility EOR, a bootstrapped, service-first Employer of Record (EOR) headquartered in the UK. He launched Agility in 2023 alongside Daniel Masters and Sam Barnes, all three having previously helped build one of the first successful global EOR businesses.
