Scott Winter is the co-founder and Chief Human Resources Officer of Agility EOR, a bootstrapped, service-first Employer of Record (EOR) headquartered in the UK. He launched Agility in 2023 alongside Daniel Masters and Sam Barnes, all three having previously helped build one of the first successful global EOR businesses. Scott brings 20+ years in HR, including hands-on experience as the person inside an HR department trying to employ someone in a country without a legal entity.
