South EOR Expert Review [2026]: How Good Are They?

South (HireInSouth) is primarily a recruitment and talent marketplace focused on helping North American companies access affordable, high-quality talent across Latin America. Their core offering centres on sourcing, vetting and matching candidates across engineering, CX, operations, finance and back-office roles.

While they do offer Employer of Record services, EOR appears to function more as an add-on to support clients who want to hire discovered talent quickly and compliantly, rather than a full standalone global EOR or global PEO platform. By doing so, South acknowledges that finding talents is only one part of the equation but putting them on a locally compliant payroll is the final puzzle piece missing.
