Martin English is the founder of Smart Outsourcing Solution (SOS), a Philippines-specialist Employer of Record (EOR) helping international companies hire and manage remote teams compliantly from Metro Manila. Before launching SOS, Martin spent over 20 years in outsourcing and CX across Southeast Asia, working with global brands including Telstra, Vodafone, and Shell. He is also the co-founder of AiDisco, an AI discoverability platform.
