Brendon Silver is the CEO and co-founder of Playroll, a global Employer of Record (EOR) provider headquartered in London. Before launching Playroll in 2022, Brendon spent over 15 years at VAT IT Group, first as Managing Director for Europe (2007-2017) and then as CEO of the VAT Reclaim Division (2017-2022), growing the business into a global operation serving 13,000+ clients across 100+ countries. He holds a Chartered Accountant qualification in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand.
