Companies hiring abroad don’t pick one Employer of Record. They shortlist three to five, get tailored proposals, then decide.
Employsome is the independent comparison platform built for that moment. Think Booking.com but for EORs. Buyers compare 125+ providers across 100+ countries on real pricing, country coverage, and contract terms. They request proposals from the providers they shortlist, often three to five at once. Those briefs land in your inbox as deal-ready SQLs.
This page explains exactly how a buyer becomes your lead, what we send you, the listing options, and where editorial independence fits in.
The #1 EOR marketplace
100+ providers, side by side, with real pricing. Buyers shortlist, request a tailored quote, the SQL lands in your inbox.

Why list on Employsome
โ Buyer intent is already qualified. Visitors arrive comparing providers, not researching what an EOR is. They’ve made the build-vs-partner decision. They know what country, when, and how many.
โ Independent positioning beats vendor content. Buyers are saturated with provider-written blogs ranking each other #1. An independent comparison platform earns trust the way Booking.com did for hotels: through verified data, consistent methodology, and editorial independence.
โ 100+ countries, 125+ providers indexed. Our country guides rank for โbest EOR in [country]โ searches across markets including the UK, Germany, Spain, France, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Singapore, the Philippines, India, the UAE, Portugal, Mexico, China and the US.
โย SQLs, not MQLs. Before a buyer requests a proposal, they’ve already specified country, headcount, contract type, start date, and any add-ons. You receive a deal-ready brief, not a contact form.
โย Multi-quote dynamics work in your favour. Buyers usually request proposals from three to five providers in one go. You’re competing, but you’re competing against a known, finite shortlist that the buyer has already pre-qualified themselves into. Win rates from this kind of warm competitive process are materially higher than cold outbound.
How a buyer becomes your lead
Step 1. Land and filter. A buyer lands in our comparison tool, filters by country, and starts comparing.
Step 2. Compare. They narrow the list using filters for services, pricing model, entity ownership, software tier, and our Global and Country EOR Scores. Your listing surfaces with verified data: pricing, coverage, services, scoring breakdown. They can also place up to five providers side by side in our comparison view to see fees, contract terms, and ratings together.
Step 3. Tell us about the hire. When a buyer clicks to get a proposal, they specify country, headcount, expected start date, contract type, and any specifics. Visa support, equity, expense management, the lot. We capture the full requirement before a single email is sent to anyone.
Step 4. Pick providers. This is the step that matters for you. The buyer started with one provider in mind, but the platform now invites them to add up to four more to the same request. Most buyers add two or three. Your listing is in the pool of providers they can add, ranked by our methodology and filtered by their country need.
Step 5. Receive the SQL. The brief lands in your inbox with the buyer’s details, full scope, and the names of the other providers they’re comparing you against. You quote, you close. We don’t gatekeep the conversation. We hand it over.
This is why listing matters even if you’re not the buyer’s first click. The platform is designed to add comparable providers into every request, which means a strong listing on a country guide gets surfaced in the shortlist of buyers who originally clicked someone else.

What we send you
Every SQL we hand off includes:
โ Buyer name, company, business email
โ Main country and any additional countries for service
โ Headcount & expected start date
โ Add-ons requested: visa support, equity, expense management, recruitment
โ Any commercial preferences disclosed (budget range, payment terms, deposit structure)
โ Context on which providers they’re comparing you against
This is the brief your sales team would build at the end of a discovery call. We deliver it before the call.
Listing options
We work with EOR providers in a few different ways, from a single-country feature to multi-country placements across the platform. The right setup depends on your country mix, target markets, and how you want to position against competitors.
We don’t publish a public rate card. The right answer for a niche-country specialist isn’t the right answer for a global player, and we’d rather have a 15-minute call to see how we can get your EOR featured in the most prominent way.
Get in touch and we’ll walk you through the options.
What paid placements donโt do
Featured placement gets you visibility. It does not buy ranking position.
Position in our โBest [Country] EORโ lists is determined by our scoring methodology and is never sold. We donโt change verdicts, scores, or competitor comparisons in exchange for payment. Providers can flag factual corrections. Framing and editorial verdicts stay with us.
This matters commercially: buyers trust Employsome because we publish verified comparisons, not vendor-written content. If we sold rankings, the platform breaks. If the platform breaks, the leads we send you stop converting. The model only works because the editorial line is hard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Free listings go live within 7 business days of receiving verified entity, coverage, and pricing data. Featured placements depend on the country guide refresh cycle, typically 2 to 3 weeks.
Yes, on facts. If weโve recorded the wrong entity model, missed a license (e.g.ย AรG in Germanyย orย Portage Salarial in France), or missed a service line, send the correction with evidence. Editorial framing and verdicts stay with us.
Any of the 100+ countries we cover. New country guides are added monthly.
It depends on coverage, tier, and your service mix. Weโll share country-level traffic and historical conversion data on the intro call so you can model the economics yourself. Volume isnโt the headline metric here. Quality is. Weโd rather send you 5 SQLs that close than 50 MQLs that donโt.
No. Buyers come to compare, so the comparisons stay.
Intro call (30 min), we collect verification data (entity, licensing, services, pricing), our editorial team scores you using ourย methodology, you review the draft profile, we publish.
